High Availability Support

The Engyro Product Connector has the ability to run in high availability mode. The Engyro Product Connector High Availability Feature (HA) is to be used by organizations that require redundancy throughout their management environment.

Unlike many competing technologies, the Engyro solution is built for enterprise class needs.

In high availability environments, the HA configuration allows you to run multiple connectors simultaneously in active/passive mode. The product connectors exchange heartbeats and have the capability to self-promote in order to keep alerts/events flowing between MOM and other deployed enterprise management systems.

The following diagram illustrates a typical deployment of the Engyro Product Connector in an HA environment. The Engyro HA Management Utility permits configurable setting for the behavior of the system in HA mode.
